The staff in the restaurant were amazing, especially Mr Chef! He went above and beyond to accommodate our vegetarian diet and even made us a special noodle dish. The location of the hotel was convenient, with key attractions just a short distance away. we enjoyed the fact that the hotel offered a complimentary fruit basket and a free dinner.

The front desk staff were not helpful and lacked professionalism. We encountered various issues with our room such as stains on the bathroom floor, a stained chair cushion cover, and a toilet seat that was not properly installed.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the delicious vegetarian noodles that were made especially for us by the friendly chef in the hotel restaurant. the staff in the restaurant were very helpful and hospitable towards us throughout our stay. the hotel's location was also very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions.

On the other hand, we were disappointed with the lack of professionalism and unhelpfulness of the front desk staff. Our bathroom and room were not properly cleaned, with stains and a faulty toilet seat.
